It all starts Sunday Evening at Sunset

April 22 - Sunday evening, 6:00 PM Hawaiian --
Convene at the retreat location in Haiku. Maps will be provided to each registrant. Allow 45-minutes to one-hour for a leisurely drive from the Kahului airport. Dinner will be served upon arrival.

April 23 - Monday, Day 1: Breakfast 7:00 to 8:00 AM. Morning meditation followed by seminar on anxiety and stress management. Lunch 12:00 to 1:00 PM with free time after lunch. Mid-afternoon seminar meets at 3:00 PM. Dinner at 6:00 PM.

April 24 - Tuesday, Day 2: Breakfast at 7:00 AM, lunch at 12 - noon. Following morning meditation, seminar on Mind Science. Free time after lunch. Mid-afternoon seminar meets at 3:00 PM. Dinner at 6:00 PM.

April 25 - Wednesday, Day 3: Same breakfast, lunch and dinner schedule. Morning seminar on Introduction to Mindfulness ... concentration on breath as a means of centering in the present moment. The nature of awakening to your Higher Self.

April 26- Thursday, Day 4: More lessons in mindfulness, detachment from your thoughts and emotional feelings. Picnic lunch. Afternoon session at one of the world's most beautiful beaches in Paia. Return for dinner at 6:00 PM.

April 27 - Friday, Day 5: Same breakfast, lunch and dinner schedule. Morning seminar on Mindfulness ... concentration on breath as a means of centering in the present moment. More on the nature of awakening to your Higher Self without judgement.

April 28 - Saturday, Day 6: Final day. Same breakfast and lunch schedule. Extended morning session about the nature of time, impermanence, and the role of material goods in our lives. After lunch, the importance of community service and teaching others what you've learned. Retreat adjourns at 4:00 PM.
