It all starts Sunday Evening

You will want to bring the following:

• Casual shirts or tee shirts, shorts and slacks, socks and footwear, and a wind breaker or light jacket. Temperatures will range from the upper 60's at night to the low 80's. Dressing in layers will keep you warmer than bulky sweaters or jackets.
• Sunglasses
• Sun block
• Broad brim hat or baseball cap
• Flashlight and spare batteries
• Towels, wash cloth and toiletries
• Swimware (snorkeling gear or boogie board if you wish)
• Something to read
• Any supplements or medicines you normally take.

Each participant will be provided with a twin sized bed, hot showers and 3 delicious meals each day. All expenses are included in your tuition fee except air and ground transportation.
